Please pray for us

Comment by Wickus:

Friends, Adamantine and myself are just human, seeking the truth just like you. There has been some criticism towards Adamantine’s posts of Rick Joyner and Todd Bentley, and I am sure in the future there will be criticism towards some posts that I will make. I know Adamantine’s heart. He wants only to share the truth and he hates sin. He will never post anything on purpose to lead the flock astray. Neither will I.

This site does not belong to me or Adamantine. This site is here to bring honor to our Lord Jesus. We are not super spiritual all knowing Christians, alas I am just a humble salesman looking for the Lord’s return. So please do feel free to show us any error in what we are posting. NOBODY will get banned for correcting us. We just want to get the truth out as good as we can.

And please keep us in your prayers.

  1. My dear Wickus and Adamantine: I’ve wanted to write for a while, I’m old. 93, eyesite
somewhat impaired, typing is excruciating — far too long unused. I’ve loved the Lord all
my life, and, to borrow a term, Adamantine about the supremacy of His Word. I’ve never
paid much attention to the prophetic scene because most of its “practioners” did not
seem credible. Until Herb Peters showed up. He’s, to mu human perspective, much too
soon gone. Then you two showed up on my. God be praised. But I haven’t written — you
can’t imagine how slow and painful it is.

But then Rick Joyner shows up. Alarm bell #1. Then Todd Bentley — Thank the Lord for
Wikipedia! And Herb’s daughter, Holly Pivac, and Truth and Error. I spent many years in
small time pastoral ministry and have witnessed in horror yhe product of false brethren.
I’m prayung for you desperately — something I can still do. But it’s late. Jesus said many false prophets would arise and I have to say I’ve never seen a true one.

God bless you both and hold you to His Course. Robert Pottinger

  2. Dear Robert

You have blessed me so much with your words. Thank you so much! It is not every day that I get a tear in my eye when reading a comment.

May Jesus keep and protect you in the difficult times ahead dear brother.

    Your servant in Christ

  3. Yes thanks so much for that post. The criticism was all made towards Rick Joyner and not to Adamantine for posting it. My evaluation, in depth I felt was needed for anyone who came across this blog not to be led astray. As I had experience in some of this many years ago, not as bad as Joyner and the Manifest Sons of God, Kingdom Now, Dominionism groups, please know, that I felt that was needed. Yes we all make mistakes, and it is our job, all of us to keep each other encouraged and on the right track. If any one of us veers off the pure word of God, we need to lay another track down to get them back.

I do not think any posters here agree that the church is going to rise up to greatness and even take over the political spectrum, with some sort of anointing he thinks is on the unbelievers for authority, and then God will send Jesus back. That is not true to the scriptures.

Timothy was told in the last days perilous times will come

2Ti 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2Ti 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
2Ti 3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
    2Ti 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2Ti 3:6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

We are in these days, while I disagree with adamantine that he can take the good from this man and leave the bad, that is my opinion and I do think the bible tells us that a little leaven

Gal 5:8 This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you.
Gal 5:9 A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.
Gal 5:10 I have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be.
Gal 5:11 And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased.
Gal 5:12 I would they were even cut off which trouble you.

I do realize Paul was speaking of the ones who were teaching go back under the law of moses, but it pertains I do think.

We are all human as can be, and all of us need to stay on our toes for sure. We are all trying to be watchmen here, so at times a loud alarm needs to go out. Many of the posters knew Joyner and morningstar are bad news as well as I did. Thanks to all for sharing what they think.

  4. In fact this new movement I was told is part of the NAR, New Apostolic Reformation

Now if the bible tells us that the church is built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone, what has to come.

The tearing down of the foundation to build something new and different. I fear that is exactly what I see all of these people doing. Their work is not biblical and if you listen and read their stuff you will see that.

Most of the ones who have come along claiming to be prophets have led many astray and many to their actual deaths, Jim Jones comes to mind, then Joseph Smith, and there are many others who have led people into cults, I tend to agree with our new elderly brother poster, as I am 57 years old, I have not seen a true prophet of God yet, except the ones in our bible.

  5. Credibility lost is hard to win back and trust is earned, especially on a blog.

With the mention of Rick Joyner and Todd Bentley, were was your discernment?

I have certain sites I frequent often because they are trustworthy and have a proven track record. Your site is relatively new to me but with sadness I can not send my friends here.

I’m sure you meant well in your earlier posts about Rick Joyner and Todd Bentley, but with the days we live in, and the deception rampant in the church, I hope you can feel the concern of people who come here to your site, believing they will find truth.

It seems to me instead of making excuses why you are just human, taking full responsibility for your posts, would have gone much further.

    Warmly,
    Lucinda

  6. God bless you both!
Your humility and willingness to be corrected do you credit.
I am myself so grateful to having been corrected on so many occasions, where I simply was unaware of the full extent of the teachings of a seemingly sound teacher/ ministry.

Initially things can sound really good, but after a while the Holy Spirit’s antenna goes up…
Or, I should say, I start hearing Him.

If there were ever a prophet (who never himself claimed to be one) that had a true prophet’s heart, I would say it were pastor David Wilkerson.
His whole life message has been about repentance,a crucified life, and about warning the church, that we shouldn’t think we will escape the tribulation – since in many parts of the world, believers are already living through tribulation (as they have throughout history).

Lovely to hear our older brother’s testimony.

Thanks for sharing with us how you feel about this blog. I am not going to convince you or anybody to keep on visiting here, neither am I going to defend us again. What is said is said. The Lord knows our hearts.

I pray that you will have a save journey through the internet and that God will lead you to the sites that He want you to visit. Keep your eyes on Jesus.

  9. Comment by Adamantine:

This is not a site with truth.
It is a site which seeks truth. It is childish foolishness which thinks they will find any site or place of discussion which has absolute truth.
The Roman Catholic church may claim infallibility but we do not. I am 100 % certain they are wrong.

What we discuss here is a theory of end times.
The very theory we discuss may be 100 % wrong. I do not think it is wrong. The likelihood that the ENPI is the treaty spoken of in Daniel 9:27 I currently guess at 75%.
The general theory that says Christ is coming within one generation after Israel is established and that we are that generation I hold at 98%
The likelihood that I am 100% correct on EVERYTHING else I estimate at 0 %
That does not please some who want me to speak as if I am a prophet who KNOWS THAT HE KNOWS.
I reserve that certainty to what I know about Jesus’ incarnation 2000 years ago.

  10. Discussing news and a theory of endtimes, is completely different than posting information from known false prophets which has been proven to you by many of us now and in the past.

Anyone claiming to be a prophet and being 100% off scripture as Joyner and Bentley are, including their version of endtime events should be repudiated and proven to be false.

I will post here as long as allowed to show with scriptural truth and facts on the ground when things like Joyner and Bentley are posted. God expects no less of us.

  11. i appreciate that topics are picked with forethought and insight here at this blog. i know that sometimes to get real discussion going it has to be that topics are brought up coming from the flip side of the coin. it serves a good purpose because this approach gives more opportunity for things to be validated by scripture or refuted by it. the openness here is what makes me keep coming back. some blogs only want positive feedback for their favorite hobby horse-but this one seeks to explore a wider range on any given issue to get as close to the truth as we in our finiteness can do–but we check each other with scripture–the real test–the only test for 100% truth! we regulars are only learning to discern-we don’t claim to have cornered the market but want to be open to the Holy Spirit as He opens the Holy Word to our minds. kudos guys running this site! and thanks guys and gals who comment because when someone new comes that has an open heart and teachable spirit to learn end times info they have much to glean from. my advice for new folks is spend some time looking back through older posts and the overview section, etc. and you’ll see the thread running throughout of current happenings (on the moral front as well as political, etc.) with the light of scripture shined upon them-repentance and faith in Christ alone being the aim. and whether agreed or not with things stated here we need only go back to our bibles and keep it at the forefront as here on this site we are heartily encouraged to do. it is so true that false prophets abound just like the scripture warns of the apostate age [name it and claim it-blab it and grab it “teachings” appeal to undiscerning folks or in some cases the truly greedy or carnal & new age garbage is just the same old “spiritual” rot and these things need exposure]. the Gospel is highlighted on unsealed prophecy and that blesses me. just because a topic is brought up is no instant approval given or an instant negative but inquiring minds want to know!..(borrowed that phrase but it applies!)…and we have great opportunity here to learn from each other. i know i do….
