Friends, as we have speculated before, the EU economic crisis may just be the tool used to usher in a cashless society and finally, the mark of the beast. This article confirms it, and the plans are finalized and ready to be implemented. I have said it before, but let me say it again: Many end time prophecies will be fulfilled or nearly fulfilled under the radar, were sleeping Christians will not notice it. This is something that needs to be heard from every pulpit to warn the sheep, but sadly very few will hear it. We must spread the word of His soon return. The pastors, reverends, priests, modern day apostles and will not do it. Who’s left?

Some sound doctrine for ya!
Richard Roberts, President Emeritus of Oral Roberts University, was arrested just past midnight today (Jan. 24) on DUI. He was clocked driving his Mercedes 93mph and was pulled over by a state trooper. A report from the Tulsa Co. Jail indicates the trooper smelled a strong odor of alcohol and administered a horizontal gaze sobriety test but Roberts was unable to follow directions, according to the trooper. The report says Roberts was taken to the Jenks Police Department where he submitted to a breathalyzer test and blew .11, which is over the legal limit of .08.
What a sad testimony to the unsaved, and the many who struggle with this liquid lie!
When will Christians start to realize that their “social drinking” preachers are in direct disobedience to the Word of God? If anything is clear in the Scripture, it is that “Wine is a MOCKER and strong drink is raging, whosoever is DECEIVED thereby is not wise.” (Prov. 20:1) We got a ton of “sipping saints” and “prickled preachers” who twist the Scriptures to their own destruction! That verse clearly states that alcohol deceives! And it’s deceiving a ton of believers into thinking it is perfectly okay to drink. I’m just thankful that Richard Roberts got pulled over before he slammed into some innocent person and killed them because he obviously was DECEIVED thinking he was just fine driving at that speed under the influence of a liquid sedative drug.
Ministers are told to avoid alcohol many times in the Bible. And yet, we have several examples of preachers ignoring its truth. We can see what happens when preachers and alcohol mix, from Noah getting drunk and the shame that followed to this statement from Isaiah the prophet, “But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; THE PRIEST AND THE PROPHET HAVE ERRED THROUGH STRONG DRINK, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment. For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean.” (Isaiah 28:7-8)
Instead of being in the way, to block the advancement of sin in our nation and instead of being loud voices of reason, calling America back to God, these preachers are “swallow up with wine” and are “out of the way through strong drink”! Their nasty lifestyle is like dogs going back to the vomit of their alcohol! This is a disgusting evil in our day! It is ruining homes, marriages and futures all over this great country of ours! And it has made its DECEPTIVE ways right into our pulpits!!!
Preachers, PUT DOWN THAT STUPID CAN OF BEER and pick up a Bible and get something done for the Kingdom of God instead of trying to live like the devil and his DECEIVED followers!! God help us!!!
Sadly, Richard Roberts is not the only preacher that has fallen for this DECEPTION! Scores of “full-Gospel” preachers have followed the same error. And it won’t change unless believers start requiring their leaders to live up to the standard of the Scriptures! If you got a preacher in your pulpit that doesn’t rail on sin and call alcohol what it is, you need to run as far as you can from that church!! 25 million alcoholics can testify to the fact that preacher isn’t helping at all.
In several ways, Roberts has been able to “get around” the Scriptures and disobey the clear teaching of the Word of God for being a church leader. But God is always right, and if we don’t obey it, we will all find out the hard way that God knows what He is talking about! Read this passage and see if it doesn’t plainly state he has no right to be an example of a church leader? Paul stated if a man wants to be a church leader, he must be…“If any be blameless, THE HUSBAND OF ONE WIFE, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly. For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not self-willed, not soon angry, NOT GIVEN TO WINE, no striker, not given to filthy lucre; but a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, SOBER, just, holy, temperate;” (Titus 1:6-8)
Maybe it’s about time for us to get back to the Bible and lay down these ridiculous ways we have chosen to walk in!

“I am not here to cheer you up. The situation is about as serious and difficult as I’ve experienced in my career,” says Soros, made famous by betting against the pound in 1992 and pocketing $1 billion in the process, he said.
“We are facing an extremely difficult time, comparable in many ways to the 1930s, the Great Depression. We are facing now a general retrenchment in the developed world, which threatens to put us in a decade of more stagnation, or worse,” he said.
“The best-case scenario is a deflationary environment. The worst-case scenario is a collapse of the financial system.”
European policymakers have no choice but to keep all the currency zone alive in its present form.
A messy default and exit from the block from even one country would send major shockwaves across the world.
“The euro must survive because the alternative — a breakup — would cause a meltdown that Europe, the world, can’t afford,” says Soros, who owns $2 billion in European government debt he bought from MF Global, the securities firm run by former Goldman Sachs chief John Corzine that went bankrupt in October.
“The collapse of the Soviet system was a pretty extraordinary event, and we are currently experiencing something similar in the developed world, without fully realizing what’s happening.”

Never have Christian books been so readily available to the average Christian and never has the spiritual danger associated with such books been so great. Sadly, the average member of a Bible-believing church does not know how to protect himself and his family from these dangers.
The following three crucial Bible truths can protect the child of God in these end times:
FIRST, THE LAST DAYS ARE CHARACTERIZED BY APOSTASY, NOT REVIVAL. Thus it is not surprising that we are confronted today with a vast amount of heresy and spiritual compromise. If ever there were a time when God’s people need to be knowledgeable and cautious it is today. “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. … For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables” (2 Tim. 3:13; 4:3-4).
SECOND, GOD WARNS HIS PEOPLE TO TEST EVERYTHING BY THE SCRIPTURES. “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good” (1 Thess. 5:21). “These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so” (Acts 17:11). “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world” (1 John 4:1).
THIRD, SPIRITUAL ERROR IS CLOTHED IN THE APPEARANCE OF TRUTH AND RIGHTEOUSNESS. It is subtle and can deceive us if we are not well educated biblically and exceedingly careful. “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves” (Matt. 7:15). “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ” (2 Cor. 11:2). “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works” (2 Cor. 11:13-15).

Who is end time Babylon?
Lets go a little further here and see if we can identify the city/nation that is end times Babylon.
1) Babylon has a deep water port. Rev 18:17 And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!
Geographic Babylon (modern day Iraq) has no deep water port, so this Babylon in Revelation must be different from ancient Babylon
2) Babylon has Gods people within it. Is 47:6 I was wroth with my people, I have polluted mine inheritance, and given them into thine hand: thou didst shew them no mercy; upon the ancient hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke.
But:
3) Gods heritage has been destroyed. Jer 50:11 Because ye were glad, because ye rejoiced, O ye destroyers of mine heritage, because ye are grown fat as the heifer at grass, and bellow as bulls;
4) Gods people have been led astray by false shepherds. Jer 50:6 My people hath been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray, they have turned them away on the mountains: they have gone from mountain to hill, they have forgotten their restingplace.
5) Gods people are swallowed up in a false religious system. Jer 51:44 And I will punish Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth out of his mouth that which he hath swallowed up: and the nations shall not flow together any more unto him: yea, the wall of Babylon shall fall.
6) Geographically Babylon sits upon “many waters”. Jer 51:13 O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, and the measure of thy covetousness.
7) And is abundant in natural resources. Jer 51:13 O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, and the measure of thy covetousness.
8 ) The people of Babylon are a mingled people. Jer 51:53 Though Babylon should mount up to heaven, and though she should fortify the height of her strength, yet from me shall spoilers come unto her, saith the LORD.
9) They are a proud people. Jer 50:31-32 Behold, I am against thee, O thou most proud, saith the Lord GOD of hosts: for thy day is come, the time that I will visit thee. And the most proud shall stumble and fall, and none shall raise him up: and I will kindle a fire in his cities, and it shall devour all round about him.
10) They feel they are invincible. Is 47:8 Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:
11) They are a people of seemingly great wisdom & knowledge. Is 47:10 For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me.
12) They are filled with graven images and idols. Jer 50:38 A drought is upon her waters; and they shall be dried up: for it is the land of graven images, and they are mad upon their idols.
13) They have many astrologers, sorcerers and monthly prognosticators. Is 47:13 hou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.
14) Babylon is described as “the hammer of the whole earth”. Jer 50:23 How is the hammer of the whole earth cut asunder and broken! how is Babylon become a desolation among the nations!
15) Babylon uses the eagle as a national symbol. Dan 7:4,he first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man’s heart was given to it. Ezek 17:3, 12 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; A great eagle with great wings, longwinged, full of feathers, which had divers colours, came unto Lebanon, and took the highest branch of the cedar: (12) Say now to the rebellious house, Know ye not what these things mean? tell them, Behold, the king of Babylon is come to Jerusalem, and hath taken the king thereof, and the princes thereof, and led them with him to Babylon;
16)Babylons mother was the lion (England). Jer 51:38 They shall roar together like lions: they shall yell as lions’ whelps.
17) Babylon is a “destroying mountain”. Jer 51:25 Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks, and will make thee a burnt mountain.
18) It is full of “mighty men” & men of war. Jer 51:30 & 32 he mighty men of Babylon have forborn to fight, they have remained in their holds: their might hath failed; they became as women: they have burned her dwellingplaces; her bars are broken. (32) And that the passages are stopped, and the reeds they have burned with fire, and the men of war are affrighted.
19) Babylon even has a “space program”. Jer 51:53 Though Babylon should mount up to heaven, and though she should fortify the height of her strength, yet from me shall spoilers come unto her, saith the LORD.
20) Babylon is the greatest merchant nation on the earth. Rev 18:3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
21) All the nations of the earth do business with her. Rev 18:11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
22) Babylon trades in every type of commodity. Rev 18:12-13 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
At the time of her destruction:
23) Babylons people are drunken and asleep. Jer 51:39 & 57 In their heat I will make their feasts, and I will make them drunken, that they may rejoice, and sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the LORD. (57) And I will make drunk her princes, and her wise men, her captains, and her rulers, and her mighty men: and they shall sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the King, whose name is the LORD of hosts.
24) She is filled with traitors. Jer 51:2 & 14 And will send unto Babylon fanners, that shall fan her, and shall empty her land: for in the day of trouble they shall be against her round about. (14) The LORD of hosts hath sworn by himself, saying, Surely I will fill thee with men, as with caterpillers; and they shall lift up a shout against thee.
25) They dwell without care. Is 47:8 Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly,
26) They don’t realize they are Babylon. Jer 50:24 I have laid a snare for thee, and thou art also taken, O Babylon, and thou wast not aware: thou art found, and also caught, because thou hast striven against the LORD. & Is 47:8 Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:
27) Babylon has oppressed Israel. Jer 50:33 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The children of Israel and the children of Judah were oppressed together: and all that took them captives held them fast; they refused to let them go.
28) Babylon has caused the slain of Israel to fall. Jer 51:49 As Babylon hath caused the slain of Israel to fall, so at Babylon shall fall the slain of all the earth.
Would anyone like to guess which modern day nation fits this description in every way – Politically, economically , geographically, militarily, religiously?
Tropical storm hits in South Africa
Well, it looks like bad things can also happen in South Africa. A tropical storm, Dando, has made landfall in Mozambique and the storm is affecting my hometown, surrounding towns and villages and the Kruger National Park. According to the weather services more than 200mm (8 inches) of rain came down in 24 hours and there is still no end to it. Some areas are heading for disaster and the airforce is on standby for rescue operations. Luckily my family and I am in no danger as the area we stay in is in a mountain area. The risk for flooding is zero. But as you can see in the photos posted, surrounding areas and especially Mozambique can become very flooded. Please pray for the safety of the people in low grounds.
