FALSE PREDICTIONS FAIL! PEACE TALKS HALTED – BLOOD MOON PREDICTIONS TURNS BLUE! 

I said from the beginning that all the Christians claiming that the first blood moon during the current tetrad would rock the world were wrong, and the thousands of Youtube videos and tens of thousands of predictions, claiming that either the rapture would take place, or the Great Tribulation would start with the signing of the peace treaty in Israel were wrong!

Lots of people were upset with me and got mad, but now, that everything has come and gone – no peace talk, no rapture, no signing of the covenant – can we now be open for a little “family talk”?

WE HAVE WAY TOO MANY “GOOGLE THEOLOGIANS” TODAY! (This is the title I’m giving many people today who get their insights from doing a Google search on what they want to believe.) These people get an idea in their head, get online and do a search to try and find conformation, and then post their latest “revelations”!

So you want the rapture to take place during the blood moons? Fine! Do a Google search and find some “expert” out there who has an article on it. Copy and paste it. Act like you did all the hard work. And rack up your spiritual brownie points.

But of course, if it doesn’t happen, just sweep it under the rug and act like nothing happened. Until of course – another fad comes by. “Oh, the planets are aligning, and a comet is approaching! It must be time for the antichrist to land on the earth in his UFO and bring deception to the world!” (Here we go again…)

FOLKS!!!!!! Can’t you see what these “arm-chair quarterback”, “Google Theologians” are doing??

It reminds me of the passage in 1 Kings 12, were Israel had become divided and King Jeroaboam started messing around with God’s feasts and came up with his own rules and plans. He wanted to play off of people’s spiritual interests and gave them an alternative to the truth of God! He was able to do this because, as it says in verse 31, he “…made priests of the lowest of the people, which were not of the sons of Levi.”

Today, we have some pretty “low” standards that qualify one to speak for God. The church is so divided with a bunch of silly nonsense in the name of the Bible. Instead of letting the Bible set the standard, reading His Word and obeying it, we have people who want to go to the Scripture with a preconceived notion and pick a few statements to find something that supports their beliefs. And if they can’t find the exact verse, they will find another translation that will say it exactly how they are trying to say it. TA-DA!!!!

This doesn’t discourage me! This makes me more determined to help raise up the standard of the ‘FINAL AUTHORITY’ of the Word of God! This makes me want to demand a chapter and verse for everything being taught! This makes me less impressed with fallible men, and more impressed with the infallible Word! This makes me more determined to develop an attitude of discernment, “test the spirits”, (1 John 4:1) “judge prophecy”, (1 Cor.14:29) “prove all things”, (1 Thess.5:21) “search the Scriptures daily”, (Acts 17:11) and “study to show myself approved of God – rightly dividing the Word of truth”! (2 Tim.2:15)

If we will all do what’s right, get our standards in sync with God’s Word, and stop following “cunningly devised fables” (2 Pet.1:16) and stand firmly upon the Scriptures alone, I believe we can pull out of this vortex of stupidity in the Church and become a mature and perfect Church, measuring up to the “stature of the fullness of Christ”! (Eph. 4:13)

I for one, love Bible prophecy, and I’m not going to stand back and watch the Church fall for all this nonsense that makes us look like a bunch of fruit-cakes and only leads to mistrust in the reliability of the Scripture! Get your Bible out and read it! Stop picking and choosing your truths like someone does at a cafeteria! Become an avid student of the Scriptures and you won’t fall for the next, latest, greatest trend or fad to blow in the Church! Focus on reaching the lost for Christ, and living and being a daily example of the humble servant attitude that we find in our Lord Jesus Christ!

  4. Have mercy on the uninformed. They are getting very little help from their churches. They sense that something is wrong and want easy answers rather than deep Bible study that in any many churches they have never been taught to do. The confusion comes from the silence of the church that is for the most part totally unwilling to deal with the real time frame we are in. “Thy prophets have seen vain and foolish things for thee: and they have not discovered thine iniquity, to turn away thy captivity….” Lam 2:14 Our churches have for the most part been unwilling to deal with our true iniquities, and people sense they not prepared for what is coming. But for them it is more like magic than the inevitable fulfillment of Scripture. Our pastors do not lead. Alas, we are undone. Nkosazana

  6. I don’t think it’s just coincidental that the “blood moons” fall on Passover and Feast of the Tabernacles two years in a row. The odds are astronomical that it’s by “chance.” But I also don’t think they are particularly prophetic. I believe they are just signposts pointing to the soon coming of Jesus. In Genesis, we’re told that the sun, moon and stars are put in the sky as signs, as well as for supplying light by day and night. The signs are everywhere of Jesus soon return and these, I believe, are yet just one particularly public sign. Is there any relation to the nation of Israel in them? I guess we will just have to wait and see.

    Oh I do have mercy, love and most of all a passion not to return evil for evil when I’m being malicilously accused only because I refuse to agree that the 15th of April wasn’t the start of the tribulation and rapture.

    Oh Lord God have mercy on those that will stand before Him and give an account for causing the righteous to go astray in an evil way and those who’s heart departs from Him by placing their trust in man, churches and religion to ” inform ” them.

    I took a quick peek over at your site and will read there as time permits. I may just start with the Raising Cain (Phil Johnson) sermon.

    This quote from him is a keeper ” Cain’s worship represents every false religion. It was a sinful man’s attempt to make himself righteous. The Pharisees were experts in this sort of fleshly righteousness.”

    I do agree that the Blood moons aren’t coincidental at all and maybe need to clarify that a little better. As noted in another thread I wasn’t anticipating an” event” to take place on the conception date {being the 15th of this month } of these blood red moons but a definite heads-up to the appointed time we’re in yes amen and amen. 🙂

    Without a doubt we’ve entered into some pretty serious times as the love of many grow cold, deception is more subtle and diabolical as ever and God’s people love it so. Ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness.

    Things haven’t changed much since the days of Jeremiah it seems 😦

  12. amen shelly. pray for me if you happen to think of me. there is a young lady that was my neighbor (has since moved across town) but still keeps in contact and has asked me to have Bible study with her (just what i had been praying since she lived next door!) she does not know Jesus—-(yet!)—-but she is spiritually hungry. her little daughter 6 years old visited church a couple of months ago coming with a little friend and can’t stop talking about wanting to go again and this young mom is realizing through her daughter that they need to know about the Lord. out of the mouths of babes 🙂 ! i pray for her heart (she told me that her heart melted in something else her daughter shared) to be further tendered to repentance and faith in Jesus just like you were posting above shelly. the Lord can direct hungering hearts to those who will introduce them to their Savior so i pray to be a witness that loves and shares the best i have with the lost–our Blessed Savior Jesus–that they may have life in His Name!!! love to you and to all here at unsealed as we just simply go out into the world as salt and light. matthew 5:13-16

  14. I guess the way that I view the Blood Moons theory is the same way the ENP theory was viewed. Look at it, but not put your hope in it.

    Ladies and Gentlemen we are told to watch. Things such as this should certainly be noteworthy, but what really bothers me about the whole idea is when the Body of Christ becomes so dogmatic about “any” event as it relates to the return of our Lord – that they lose focus, and determine that the event that they are viewing has to be “IT”.

    I have to be very honest and say that the deepest pet peeve that I have is those who are representing our Savior – and are making money over events like: “Y2K; Hailey’s Comet; Blood Moons”; and yes even my beloved ENP(I) Theory”. Those who lead us in the Body of Christ really take advantage of our desire to know what Scripture has indicated would happen prior to the return of our Savior – the Lord Jesus Christ. I’m talking about those who make a very substantial profit on “SENSATIONALIZING” what thus sayeth the Lord, tying in these “so-called” End Time events that relate to prophecy – therefore taking advantage of we who are desiring so deeply to be with our Savior in Heaven.

    In closing dear Body of Christ…just remember that Jesus gave a very specific warning: “Don’t let anyone DECEIVE you”.

    I’ve viewed this link as far as “debunking” the Blood Moons – by Chris White:

    If this is the correct you tube video, all I can say is that Mr. White has confirmed what most Believers should be aware of as we near the Tribulation Period.

    It really troubles me that we as the Body of Christ – who are truly looking for confirmation of what has been prophesied, are really not obeying what our Lord Jesus told us from the start, and that is to be careful that we not be deceived. But yet we yearn so much to be relieved from the troubles of this World – by accepting what we “think” and “believe” to be true, that we often become gullible, and fall for almost anything – namely those who come in the Name of Christ, and tell us that they have had some sort of “new” or “divine” revelation as it relates to the Return of Christ, and they know the answer. At the end of the day, it’s all NONSENSE.

    There are so many deceivers out there – and all in the name of MONEY. Like Mark Blitz, John Hagee, T.D. Jakes; Creflo Dollar; Fred Price; Jesse Duplantis; Joyce Meyers: Pat Robertson and Benny Hinn to name a few. I really hope and pray that I am offending no one, but things such as this should be bought to light.

    I live here in San Antonio, Texas – and I tell you John Hagee is all about making a Dollar. I have family and a very dear friend that has told me that T.D. Jakes – who is probably one of the most eloquent speakers that you will ever come to listen to has a Church called the “Potters House” in Dallas Texas – and they are so materialistic, and money hungry, that one would be so hurt by the way their Church Services are held – that a big dose of “Spiritual Discernment” would definitely need to be on the menu in order to swallow the way that they beg and collect offerings.

    In closing, I’m not attempting to take anything away from these so-called men and women of God – but one must truly question their motive, and stay on high alert for DECEIVERS, that have come in the name of Mammon.

  22. bro brian’s post for 4/23 is so good. speaks to what i believe i’m seeing and understanding too. i don’t know of any of biltz or hagees statements (for example) that are talking about some wow that was supposed to happen specifically regarding the blood moon because i do not follow them–but bro brian is right when he says what seems to be happening is happening quietly. to me that is because though prophetic it is still a progression of things going on to dismantle–the things that are for the things that really will be–a revealing….quietly, progressively……revealing…..till the day God says the devil’s big dirty can commence (which will of course be right on the Lord’s schedule) because the devil only thinks he runs the show 🙂 . it is right to urge that we be careful in these highly deceptive times and pray that we here do know that if it is not the Holy Spirit talking Bible to us—it is from the pit. something he wants to use to distract with the aim to ultimately destroy our faith in what God has spoken. take heed lest ye fall can pertain to matters of the prophectic too in my mind (the example of the 5 virgins matt 25 came straight from Jesus)……….love to all in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

  23. I’m thanking God that we have a place to discuss what we see happening surrounded by so many good fellow Bereans – those that search the scriptures daily to see if what men are saying is true. Thank you Baldy for sharing your thoughts again, Nina welcome here, and to the rest thank you.

    I was disappointed to see the build up that many were giving to the blood moons- when it didn’t makes sense to me why they’d be off a few days here and there, and the former events they attributed to other groups of blood moons didn’t match up quite exactly with the events they claimed to coincide with.

    We know many things will happen – I don’t think we told that its one big sign and then all hell breaks loose on earth. It would seem that hell is breaking loose on earth a little bit at a time. Each day I see a little more evil embraced by the world, a little more of satan’s lies being taught even churches that call themselves Christian, a little more of the prevalence of sons against fathers, daughters against mothers, wives against husbands, and families being split between those that love the Lord and those that love the world.

    I was grieved in a deep place these past couple weeks. Studying Luke 17 with my brothers, and following Luke 18 this past Sunday during worship. The ten lepers healed by Christ – and only one – the Samaritan comes back to give glory to God. The Rich young ruler – he calls Jesus “Good teacher” – identifying him with God, yet walks away downcast because he loves his status and wealth more than he loves God. I’ve been praying a lot that the 9 lepers aren’t like me, and that I don’t still love things about the world more than I love the Lord that brought me back from death.

    That’s a very interesting point you make when you mention the fact that “it seems that hell is breaking loose on earth a little bit at a time.” This is a reason why I believe that many will miss the timing and events that will be occurring during the tribulation period.

    Deception and “hell” are taking over slowly but surely – because most people are becoming desensitized by the repetitive nature in which sin is being forecasted in every day living. Even some of our Churches are sending a “watered down” message; and dealing out a “sensational” style Gospel (that is no Gospel at all); however it seems to be the normal way of acceptance, as it is what gets people’s attention.

    Just the other day I heard John McArthur preach a message on how we as believers are not exposed enough to the gospel during the weekday to defend ourselves against the sin; temptation; and overall evil that Satan throws our way through this fallen world we live in. In other words going to Church on a Wednesday or Sunday is just not enough to deal with the everyday sin and wickedness that we either see by way of television; hear by way of radio; exposed to by personal contact; or receive in the workplace. McArthur recommended that we saturate our minds with the Word of God daily so that it becomes so repetitive – that we are able to deal with the sin that comes our way as if it were second nature to us. Meaning that through studying and putting into practice the Word of God as we read it daily, we develop an acquired habit or tendency in our character that is so deeply ingrained – that when dealing with a response to sin and temptation the reaction to deflect it away is automatic. I have to agree.

    Maybe it’s time to seek the Lord on who the deceiver’s are that aren’t as NOTICEABLE as the ones mentioned above.

    I wonder how many would REJOICE like Paul in the walls of a prison or delight in weakness and hardships all for Christ’s sake.

I will expound on that as time permits.

    Friends this is NOT the Christ of the bible and anybody that studies the Word of God should know that without a shadow of a doubt.

    I find myself asking.

    What is it that UNITES the daughters { of the SAME mother } back to Rome?

    Why is the ecumenical spirit so OPPOSED to being ” exposed ” ?

    When will the ” very ” elect know that they’re being deceived ?

    And lastly. Is this the IMAGE of the false new- age christ?

    Yes the days are slow for a very reason, they are being directed by a Sovereign God to weed out the wannabe selfie Christians among us that post little captions on their face-book pages and sing ” jesus loves me” while they drink { and practice } the cup of this new-age contemplative mystical jesus.

    We are called to be servants, are we not? Well, what does a servant do? He (or she) carries out the will of his master. A servant doesn’t tell his master what to do — he performs whatever tasks the master requests of him. A servant doesn’t choose what days or times it’s most convenient to serve his master. A servant’s function is simply to follow and obey his master’s instructions. A servant does not develop a vision for the master either. The master is the one with the vision — and he wants his servants to be ready and available to carry out that vision and bring it to fruition.

    How can we experience fulfillment in our lives? Simply by serving our Master — our Heavenly Father. The world encourages us to seek counterfeit fulfillment — power success — prosperity. The more of these things we gain, the more our flesh wants more. It is our sinful human nature. We will never find true fulfillment when we seek these things.

    We must become servants if we want to experience true fulfillment. We need to become lowly, meek and humble. As God’s servants we should have no other agenda, except to do His will. When we become faithful to do His will, then He will fulfill the aspirations He desires for us in our lives… and even those things we desire!

    Colleen, as God’s faithful servant — we share in His success, we have direct access to His power and wealth and are able to walk in His authority! Let’s get our hearts in servant mode and watch how God brings about all the things we need and want.

    1} How much heaven can nearly 1 million buy ? { yearly income }

    2} Would you give up your estate to live in a humble home ?

    3} Would you forsake all your education and serve other’s in a career that is classified ” low income”?

    4} Would you give up your land of birth / your family/ your all to serve Christ?

  30. those who truly love the Lord’s Word hate every evil way. i am wanting to really learn that the enemy of the best is always the good (settling there). oswald chambers called my attention to that thought and wow————it is pretty easy to spot the outward evil—-but spotting the good—that takes our eyes even slightly off of Jesus, off of obeying “thus saith the Lord” to follow what are considered good things, people, ministries, our blessings in other words——-all of those should not compete with the Best—-JESUS Himself. i have to stay in the Word!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have to let the Holy Spirit keep me cautious to stay tender to what i read from that Word to convict me and instruct me as needed that i do not become callous or careless to what He has said–to be careful to Whom belongs the Glory–in thanks and praise-in staying focused so that i do not start preferring my many blessings instead of The Blesser Himself! it is where love can wax cold and is very subtle distraction away from HIM (the enemy of our souls in very crafty). couple that with the wearing down, the watering down, and desensitizing that mr baldy mentions and it is a potent cocktail to lull us all to sleep. we must take heed lest we fall—we must be diligent to examine our own hearts to make sure we are in the faith (asking ourselves do you really believe HIM or only in Him? an important distinction)—our eyes Fixed on Christ Jesus–our hearts set on things above-not below. this world-this life life is temporary but the LORD and His Holy WORD are Eternal!!! in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. john 1:1.

    Over the past few weeks the Lord has been teaching me in His word the seriousness of the apostasy that we’re in , the lateness of the hour and the diabolical tactic that the enemy has used to accomplish his evil purpose for this one world religion and the coming man of sin.

    The RCC has been used as a tool to accomplish this and the more the Lord reveals this in His word { Revelation chapter 13 and especially a study on the two beasts , the image and the accompanying idolatry } I’m blown away at how much of this permeates our society, the RCC led ecumenical church, our entertainment, and the greatest concern for me, the attack on the Word of God.

    If we go back to the root of this we find Westcott and Hort being responsible by replacing the Authorized version with a Egyptian text and the Roman Catholic Church.

    I could never understand what it was over the past 21 years that kept nagging in my spirit { the same red flag I had as a JW} and have come to understand that the RCC { and the RCC influenced Evangelical Churches } and the JW represent the same ” jesus”. Same spirit, different lie. I will expound on this more as time permits and will share that in a new post as time permits.Not only are we being brainwashed with a ” image” of this jesus, we EMBACE him. He is an IMPOSTOR and a poster child for the coming IMAGE that will deceive millions in the strong delusion God will send on those that LOVE NOT HIS WORD.

    Pastor Charles Lawson makes a powerful statement @ Point 28:22 and I highly recommend this “must listen” sermon.

    I also wanted to share another clip but will review this first.It’s on the very diabolical and dangerous “Ecumenical” movement. I was only a few months born -again when a Pastor asked me to join the ” Alpha Movement” and back then I not only refused but was horrified to where this was leading! Satan’s plan seems to have succeeded. God help us all.

  60. well well said hisown. agree totally as i have seen this ‘spirit’ at work undermining once strong denominations that were–sadly were–once faithful to present the pure Gospel of Christ our Lord. atheists have their own belief system, the eastern religions and the false ‘so-called christian’ denominations (by works rather than by Grace through faith in Jesus Alone to save) jw’s and mormons, etc. have gained much ground-and most specifically the rcc-have very effectively muddied all waters and their compromises were swallowed by fearful and complacent or the too busy and entertained to care who were simply unwilling to take a stand for Christ in the workplaces, the social events, the townhalls, the schools and universities, and even in congregations that would not adhere to the Word of God in which they stayed rather than to follow men instead. i remember a stand my husband and i took to walk away from such and so thankful today to have heeded the Spirit of God. Jesus said: Follow ME not follow my followers……..it has been slowly but surely going on for decades and the “slip sliding away” is now openly embraced and is happening at a dizzying pace. in the news it has been reported that the rcc church has higher ups in their denomination that are declaring that Jesus will not be returning. oh will they answer for that if they do not repent!!! shows how far gone things are does it not??? no part of society is untouched by the evil that has gone on under the nose of the sleeping—apathetic 😦 yes let’s say it-unbelieving-church chock full of tares. God help us all amen……..on the upside……………God knows those that are His–He has a crop of wheat–the Harvest He is coming for……………………….God has always had a remnant.

  67. you are such a wonderful brother in the Lord tony………we do not sorrow as the world does because of the Blessed Hope that Jesus bought and paid for to give us. such beautiful Grace. the Lord used my momma to witness to me and lead me to Jesus on january 4th 1976 and i was forever changed. i praise the Lord Jesus for His Mercy that saved me. it was right after she had come to Christ herself. i am so glad for you too tony to have peace in your heart about where your mom is today. just as i know that is true for hisown and mr baldy too—-no doubt others……. they are missed terribly….everyday…..i know in my heart i would not want my mother back here to live another day of this world. how precious is knowing Who has our loved ones in His Tender Love and Care—-Perfectly Alive!!! as they could never be here on earth! and waiting for us to one day join them!

  74. what i have noticed around here is christians that agree–do a mental ascent to what is said-replying “oh yes we are living in the last days” then merrily go on about their usual worldly living with nothing changed-unconvicted apparently-no attitudes change-no habits change-no urgency-and no love. prayer meetings go unattended, service in the Lord’s house and for the Lord’s people left undone for the same few to do. lukewarm heading in to cold is what it seems to me. get pretty heavy sometimes about all this but then i go to God’s Word and find encouragement like david did. Lord keep the Fire burning in my heart. i touched base with the young lady who requested a Bible study with me. supposed to hear back from her very soon when we can start. i pray this does not get put off–she needs Jesus.
