Mrs. Justasheep here!  Eleven years ago I was a newly saved Christian with an unsaved husband.  We weren’t attending church and I was quite isolated, being pregnant and on bedrest.  I went looking for information on what it meant to be a christian, more specifically a christian women, on the internet.  Risky business at best!  God was gracious to me however and brought me to a lovely blog– http://www.joyfulchristianhomemaking.com/  The blog owner, Candy, doesn’t know how much of a mentor she has been to me over the years.  I don’t think I’ve even ever commented on her blog.  I don’t agree with every single thing written on her blog–but we are all fallible, maybe I’m wrong!  I would like to especially direct you to Candy’s series on eschatology located on the left sidebar of her blog fairly close to the bottom.  Just keep scrolling down, it’s worth it.  It was this blog that introduced me to the concept of a mid-trib rapture.  Until I read her articles, my own opinion was informed by the Left Behind series of books.  I had never even bothered to read Revelation for myself.  It just seemed too hard, too “beyond” the normal person.  Her articles drove me to the scriptures and to many discussions with my husband–Justasheep and finally to my own conviction about a mid-trib rapture.  Really, I’m not going to complain much if I’m wrong and a super-secret Rapture comes and whisks me away someday though.  I would like to mention that Candy writes her blog for women, and is not trying to instruct men.  However, I think it could be profitable for men to read some of her articles.

She’s now reading “Beyond science fiction”, and i see she has read “Childhoods End”! ///// i also once came to the conclusion of mid-trib rapture when wally and i read dan. chapt 12, ect,…..I’m lookin’ forward to going thru this.   5. in the here and now, present world, scripture tells us there is nothing new under the sun. In stark contrast scripture also informs us that when Jesus returns He will make all things NEW! as we ponder upon this biblical truth we ponder on things pure and lovely, basking in the wonder of His love./// Folks, i need prayer now as i am in trouble with the law over my drivers liscense,…its a long story and i’m at fault. a lot is at stake, but i trust God’s grace will be present and sufficient,…i need that and ask kindly for prayer. Late august/ early sept. are my court dates and i have fines to pay and some rough edges to smooth out

  11. thanks Andrea, and yep, i reckon we do all need prayer and in my case, sharpening up some. i do appreciate your acknowledgment,..and your remembering me in prayer to our lord. i’m in a pinch, and a bit of a bad way,…cause of senseless irresponsibility. i feel foolish and boy am i paying for it! //// as far as rapture, of course there is a rapture, just not a pre-trib, you know a 7 yr. pre- trib thing. ,..so i agree w/ you Vic and i have been telling my buddy this now for some time.     That’s an encouraging testimony.

    Glad you ‘Left the Behind’ to land (or stopover) midtrib. Hopefully you’ll arrive at the scripturally sustained post-trib resurrection/rapture. 😉

    Scripture states clearly that ‘the dead in Christ shall rise First – and we shall be canged… in the twinkling of an eye… at te sound of the trumpet…’
    So our ‘gathering unto Him’ can only take place after/ in direct connection to the resurrection of the righteous dead. And Jesus says several times that the resurrection happens ‘ on the last day’.

So i think the Lord makes it an absolute mystery,….but furthermore, i can’t help but wonder,if there may be more than one lift off of believers,…multiple raptures??? i’m just wondering??? You know, Ted Montgomery believes in more than one rapture and he is an absolute dedicated scholar w/ the word, and he is altogether sound minded, logical and hey, hes a doctor. Hes not a lightweight thinker by any means,….have you all seen the vastness of his web site! in depth,…now that don’t make him necessarily right, however…………..

  25. does your pastor subscribe to this Loop? are you into sharing what you know, in any detail, of his view? /// i still have not delved into candy’s study, but i want to and i did glean thru it some,….i saw her showing the difference btwn actual trumpets going off ans a voice that sounded LIKE the sound of a trumpet, and i appreciate that difference. i’m praying for time to get into her study with a clear thinking, well rested , undistracted mind. that’ll be the day!

  27. i guess the good thing about all this study of Gods mysterys is that it keeps us out of trouble, but, then again, i’m in all sorts a trouble and and and….i need Gods help/ prayers to get thru this mess without losing my job [working w/ troubled kids – who often wind up in trouble themselves] etc…

    1Th 4:11 And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;

    1Th 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
    1Th 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
    1Th 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

    We will either resurrect from the dead or asleep in the Lord and those who are still alive, believers that is, will for sure are alive and remain will be caught up together (rapture commonly called) with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Hallelujah, Jesus is coming for us what a joy to know this.

    Now to me I do not hold to the rapture as taught by Left Behind, etc etc
    but there is gonna be that day where if I am alive and remain I will be caught up in the clouds to meet my Lord Jesus in the air. For that is my blessed hope.

    Tit 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
    Tit 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
    Tit 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
    Tit 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
    Tit 2:15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

LOL, we did horse rescue for a while, Loop “Trenton’s Loop” was one of the worst cases we’ve ever seen, the vet didn’t think he would survive, the guy deliberately starved him almost to death, he had given up when we got him, he was tuff, made one of the prettiest and best horses I’ve ever ridden, shortened his name to Loui though LOL..

You say, and mr. Baldy says,” it can’t get much clearer than that”! However things can get a whole lot clearer when you consider that we are all looking thru glass darkly……! Immediately after the tribulation – sounds so cut and dry, i admit that,…but there is more to admit to ourselves than just that,…seriously. not that i know anything for sure myself – all of you who know me, know that i wonder a lot about a lot of these things. Yes we have a more sure word of prophecy!, and the testimony of Jesus Christ is the Spirit of prophecy!, as He points us to His Father/Our Father,..who art in heaven

  37. Loop, the Perry Stone presentation was so very fascinating,…man does he ever know his song well,..he rambles thru it all so quickly! The symbolic nature of it all is entirely intriguing. /// i do know this; the night i was weeping from soo deep within myself over the huge loss of my dog “sam”, [a dog so beautiful, and to me, a dog like no other, as he was” unique in all the world”, in my life experience] i looked up at a pitch dark, star filled sky, on an absolute utter quiet night out on the farm, out in the country,..and i cried out inwardly to Jesus and to sam , and the shooting star blazed over head across the celestial sphere, in an arc, making its way across, and the timing was perfect!, and it lasted…!, it was really something to behold!!, a fleeting glimpse it was, but it lasted long enough to behold, and as it finally faded the sound of a dog barking and barking spoke to me of the love of God. sammy is still alive, especially in my heart and THE LOVE OF GOD IS REAL! That i know, for sure./////Colleen wait till he sees you, sam will bless you with his innocence, his playfulness and his eagerness ….his love. Sam was and still is, plumb full of Gods love. GOD IS GOOD! that night was a night like no other, with God as my witness, the stars were so unusually magnificent, honestly, twinkling like never before

  39. to Mr. Baldy and Ingela etc., Chris Whites awnser to the Matt.24 verses that you all had brought up, which make us all wonder???, might be worthy of consideration as he breaks down the meaning of the word used for tribulation and goes forward from there. his video, IMMENENCE on his no where to run website gets into it at about 24 mins into the presentation. it can be found thru use of google and probably pretty easy on you-tube. blessings

Tony I too have been listening to Perry, and I was adamant there was only one and it was at the complete end of the tribulation, I’ve listened to Perry Stone and now I’m wondering, could it be ? Oh I so wish it would be true, I lost my mom in Oct. nine days before her birthday which was the 31 “yes she was a halloween baby”, miss her so much, my German Shephard “Sach” an older fella and wonderful friend went shortly after, an awful choice that had to be made, was in a lot of pain from arthritus.. Now my brother he had stage four prostate cancer before my mom’s stage 3 went wild, My 83 year old dad, so miss’s her. And I’m now watching my old pony “Bonfire” going steadily downhill, fighting to keep him eating, has to have a special feed, no teeth and gets choked easily. He’s 38, I’ve had him since he was born, not sure which I’m going to loose first my brother or Bon, its been a hard two years around here.. I’ve came here to read almost since it started just havn’t had the time to post.. but love all the discussions… And I thank the ones who do post, keeps me uplifted and hopeful…

  41. Dear Loop, and Tony….I’m praying for you both. Sorry to learn that you both have had losses.

    Tony, to answer your question about Ted Montgomery – yes, I am familiar with his theory. I thought that he did a fascinating job explaining the ENP(I) theory, as it related to how he viewed things. However, I do not ascribe to his multiple Rapture theory. Ted in my very humble opinion did not allow the entire time period of the ENP(I) to run into exhaustion – which could have revealed what we now have in a “renewed” ENP; which again lasts for a period of 7 years (2014-2020). In contrast to his theory on the “multiple raptures”; I do however believe that there will be a series of resurrections – but are yet considered to be within the “timeframe” of the 1st Resurrection.

    The 1st Resurrection, which I believe is the Resurrection at the “End of this Age”; or “Last Day” – however, it is not the End of the World, which I believe occurs after the 1,000 year Reign of Christ; after the “short time” that Satan is let loose; and after Christ has destroyed the “last enemy” which is DEATH. The 1st Resurrection also occurs AT His Coming, which will be at the end of the Tribulation, in which the Believers of all time will meet Christ in the air. I also believe that there will be a resurrection of those born during the Millennial Reign of Christ who become believers. This will still be considered a part of the 1st Resurrection, in that it will be prior to the Great White Throne Judgment (which is the 2nd Resurrection); and for the wicked dead. I cannot support this theory with Scripture, but Scripture is clear that there will be those who are born during His Reign.

    Concerning Perry Stone……well, I honestly don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings – but this guy seems to get too caught up into “sensationalism” for me. If these so-called modern day prophets and so-called men and women of God would just stick to what is written in Scripture instead of trying to make money, and sensationalizing Scripture to fit their theories – then listening to the message that they are trying to deliver would be a lot easier to accept. Although I don’t adhere to a Pre-Tribulation Rapture at all.

    In closing, I’m not trying to change anyone’s mind concerning the Rapture of the Church – as I truly believe that it has absolutely nothing to do with Salvation. Discussions such as the one we are having truly edifies the Body of Christ – in that it will cause some to search the Scriptures for themselves. In the past I have determined not to debate the timing of the Rapture of the Church, because it often leads to very powerful emotions coming out from some – and that in such a negative way that it does not edify the Body of Christ. I still will comment about it from time to time, as I believe that personally the debate has been settled for me, and there is no more debate. For me, Scripture is quite clear that the Rapture will occur at His Coming – which is “after” the tribulation of those days. I must add that something to consider is when God destroyed the World the first time, Noah and his family were not the object of His Wrath. God did not remove them from the World – but He protected them through the storm, as He poured out His Wrath. I believe that the same thing will apply when Great Tribulation hits the Earth, in the form of His Wrath being pour out. Many believe that God’s Wrath, and the Great Tribulation are two different entities – but I beg to differ. I say this because Jesus Himself said that this would be a time that has not occurred since the beginning of the World – NOR EVER WILL. And unless those days were cut short, no flesh would be saved. People, this is God’s Wrath. It doesn’t get any clearer than that.

You have got your hands full and have been thru so much,..i’m sorry for all of the hardship you have had to endure and trust that your relying on the Father for healing and for the strength to carry on, You are a caregiver and the Lord has His hand upon you. He loves you and cares about you and will sustain you as you continue to sustain those who depend on you. Heartaches are wretched, the pain goes deep and the tears somehow water our soul helping it to grow closer to Jesus. We wait cheerfully upon the Lord,..knowing, trusting, believing that He will make all things new! be blessed, keep looking up and please stay posted here when you can.   45. Mr Baldy, I have to say, my husband and I pretty much believe the way you explained, when the pastor said something about another rapture, that did it for us, plus he started pushing the Pre-trib rapture pretty hard, we had never before heard of more then one..
    But with everything going on, I started listening to Perry and well I’ve started to wonder, could there be something there, something with Gods Feast’s..
    Maybe its just with everything thats been happening, I so would love to not have to lose another loved one…

    I had to loose a very young husband to a tragic car accident and a young mom a year later to understand the pain of other’s, before that I never knew what compassion was all about.

  48. Baldy – I think my mid-trib view and your post-trib view are actually a lot more alike than you might think. I look at Matthew 24:29 – and see the word met-ah’ right before thlipsis (tribulation) and wonder if it is right to translate it “after” as it typically is – the same word is very frequently translated “with” “among” or “in” so we differ a little on how we identify the timeline- but as I said in my email to you a day or so ago it matters little, and perhaps the Lord did not intend for us to know with certainty that detail .

    Anyway – I do more and more believe that NO ONE will be saved after the rapture – that’s right everyone for all time since the dawn of creation that will ever be saved will be saved by the time the trumpet sounds and the Lord gathers his own from among the living and the dead (who will rise first before we are changed). I don’t think that precludes a period of time where God’s wrath is poured out on the world. A helpful study here is to look at both old testament and new for 1) the day of Christ (Christos) and the coming of the messiah (Moshiach) vs 2) the Day of the Lord – Kyrios or literally Yom Yahweh. One is to be looked forward to by all believers – the other is a day of dread mourning and destruction from which no one who is present will be saved or turn to God. I think that Yom Yahweh, or the Day of the Lord spoken of by the prophets starts immediately following the rapture (a visible taking away of believers, not a secret one) – and concludes when the Anti-Christ’s forces are defeated on the plain of Meggido by a single word from the one who is faithful and true wearing his robe dipped in blood. The Day of Christ – is the day of the final trumpets call to all those who have placed their trust in Christ through all time, from that time on we will be with him forever. I think it is that day that the door is held open or all the believe in him – and then shut for all eternity and no one will ever be able to open it.

    So – we may differ on how we place the gathering of the elect on the calendar, but I think we agree that the idea of a “tribulation saint” is completely unbiblical and a terrible disservice to the body of Christ.

Like isa64:4 says, in so many words, we will “wait and see”.     I remember the day the Lord showed me the error of the pre trib view { all alone in my prayer closet } a verse that had me puzzled at first but now have come to fully understand.
    Begging the Lord to show me what view is His truth the Holy Spirit laid this verse on my heart.
    1Th 5:9 — For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

    Pre- wrath- Post Trib same difference 😉 Both positions are preparing for the same persecution.

    The 42 month trib { 1.260 days} is not the wrath of God {with the MOTB being implemented only at the very end (?) } Could the 45 day { of the 1335 days } be the WRATH of God and the 30 days as a “heads up ” BEFORE it all starts. I mean when ye shall SEE those fleeing in Judea right ?

    Don’t mind me, I’m on my second frappe this morning and needed to get that out. Been musing these things all night and wanted to say exactly what you did Mr Sheep. I love how the Lord works.

  52. Tony the WORD of God is so powerful. Nothing like it I tell ya 🙂 The Lord reminded me of a word He gave me for the appointed time. This was prior to 9:11.

    Isa 41:7 — So the carpenter encouraged the goldsmith, and he that smootheth with the hammer him that smote the anvil, saying, It is ready for the sodering: and he fastened it with nails, that it should not be moved.

    How are we able to stand if we’ve not been prepared? A soldier needs TRAINING right? Ask Baldy, he will tell ya, it takes DISCIPLINE and a few ” punches ” to make us….

    Isa 50:7 — For the Lord GOD will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.

    Eze 3:9 — As an adamant harder than flint have I made thy forehead: fear them not, neither be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.

    Are we spiritually ready ?

    If we have had to battle men { flesh } and it caused us to be defeated ? how are we able to battle { you fill in the blanks } the coming storm ?

    Jer 12:5 — If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? and if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?

    Yes, I must agree that we’re almost on the same page, as we agree on much. I’m a former pre-tribulation rapture guy – who initially wholeheartedly agreed with this theory, because of what I was taught. Only to learn on my own studies it’s just flat out WRONG. There is a fine line between PreWrath, and Post Trib, and accordingly I followed the PreWrath Rapture belief, but here is what was key for me in distinguishing between the two: When Jesus told His disciples that prior to His Return, (the Great Tribulation) would be a time that has never occurred before, as far as tribulation, and suffering is concerned – NOR will there ever be a time such as this that will EVER happen again – so this would include His Wrath. Now in discovering this, the timing of His Wrath has to be included during this time period, based on what He has mentioned. He also mentioned that His Return is AFTER the Great Tribulation period – at which time we are gathered unto Him in the air. Jesus further warned the Body of Christ that those who “endure to the end” shall be saved. These are just a few things to consider when distinguishing between PreWrath & Post Trib, and even Mid-Trib.

    The only thing that would leave just a little iota of doubt in my mind is the fact that when we are gathered unto Him in the air – just how long does this time period last? I mean are we hoovering in the clouds until He finally reaches the Earth – as Scripture never mentions that we are taken to Heaven? Or is this a meeting in the Clouds or Air that includes some sort of greeting session – or even the Marriage Supper? Scripture doesn’t provide details on this. (Not that I could find) . Now, this could be the time that His Wrath is being poured out, as we are still in the air. But this doesn’t make sense, as every eye will see Him coming in His Glory. His Return will be a very literal, visible, and audible Return – which will be quite Glorious as the angels are descending and ascending to Him as they gather us to His presence.

My brother Roger had surgery this morning, I was really starting to get worried as it took them much longer then they said, he is out of surgery, He is doing well, he has a bad yeast infection which is causing bleeding and his throat and stomach to feel like he has severe heartburn, the dr said he should be able to treat this he sounded positive they also got the stint in with the screen to protect him in case the bloodclot he has was to start chiping off..
    My husband caught the stomach virus that I had just gotten over, he is really sick today, so we didn’t get to go up but Dad and My brother David kept me informed and we had lots of family there for support..
    I wouldn’t even go until I was sure I was completely over the virus, we visited just in time for Sam “my hubby” to come down with it, fortunately we still both stayed pretty far away from everybody jsut to be safe, fortunately we did… almost as soon as we got home he started getting sick to his stomach.. Love these discussion’s on here.
    Mr. Baldy did you listen to the Perry Stone video, if so what do you think of it ?
    I understand the concept one day as a thousand years which is what I’m thinking you believe when you was explaining The Day of the Lord and people being resurrected at different times…

    Sorry to learn about what you are continuing to go through with your family. I will continue to pray for you, and yours.

    To answer your question about Perry Stone. Yes I did watch the video, at least as much as I could stand.

    I don’t want to hurt your feelings concerning this guy, but he’s wrong. First of all he is dead wrong about serving his platform of theology based on a Pre-Tribulation Rapture – and that there is a 7 year Tribulation period. He is also very wrong about dividing the 70th week into 2 halves in which he states that the first half is the “Lambs Wrath” and the second half is “God’s Wrath”. He further ties in some element of truth to his theory by mentioning the harvest periods, but he deeply errors by relating the time of harvest to several reaping periods in mentioning different segments of the Rapture. Talk about “READING INTO SCRIPTURE”. I wouldn’t follow this guy if he were giving out free food & water during a Great Depression – let alone listening to his very false message prior to the Return of Christ.

    I think that we must understand that there are different Resurrections – in which there is an order; but all considered to be a part of the 1st Resurrection. First we have the Resurrection of Christ. Then those who were dead, then became alive at His Resurrection. Then we have the Resurrection of the Two Witnesses; then we have those who have die in Him, and we who will be alive at His Coming. We also have those who will become saved and will be allowed into the Millennial Kingdom in mortal bodies to re-populate the Earth, and their off spring who will become saved (Scripture gives no evidence of what point they receive resurrected bodies); and last but not least the 144,000 who at some point will be resurrected as well. All these are a part of the 1st Resurrection – which happens prior to the end of the time He has had to Reign in order to destroy the final enemy which is DEATH.

    We know that all who are a part of the 1st Resurrection will have Eternal Life. But this cannot be said about those who participate in the 2nd Resurrection – which will occur at the Great White Throne Judgment.

    In closing, we have to be very careful about Preachers like Perry Stone. They preach a very smooth message, and if one is not careful, they can be deceived, or caught up into what they are trying to present to keep their following. In that video he put forth passages of Scripture that he wanted to use to fit his theology – which is just flat out wrong. I saw no evidence at any point that he could prove that the Body of Christ was in Heaven during the tribulation period; that there was a “7 year tribulation period”; or that Revelation 4:1 is the Rapture of the Church, as he mentioned.

    Perry Stone is a classic case of those who believe in the very false Pre-Tribulation Rapture teaching – who haven’t seriously studied Eschatology; and absolutely “READ into Scripture”. Please examine what he has presented for yourself with Scripture – and then make your own determination. I’m sure you will see many errors.

I know there are many lurkers and my wish is that they will witness something here that is not found on any other board. True agape love. No hidden agenda’s, no asking for money, no nothing, but a passion and desire to exalt Jesus Christ and to bear one another’s burdens. Unfortunately the love of many have grown cold. Bitter envy , strife and spiritual jealousy are running amok.How sad it is to watch.

    We’re all part of His body here and each member has a different function, let’s enjoy the freedom of allowing each other to be what God has called them to be in His work and Kingdom.     Concerning Javier Solana……. I guess no one really knows who the coming Antichrist really is, and we won’t know for sure until he is revealed.     Javier Solana is my prime suspect as well. “If” he returns to power we will know that he moves even higher on the radar scale. “If” he pitches his tent in Jerusalem he moves even further up the radar scale.     I don’t believe that anyone knows what the A0D really is for sure, but I believe that it relates to some form of image of the coming Antichrist; the “Holy Place”; and a temple. I don’t believe that a 3rd temple has to be erected in order for the A0D to be carried out – this is why I have mentioned the wailing wall (which was an idea submitted by others) as a logical choice because it was a part of Solomon’s Temple and it would definitely suffice because Scripture states on the “wing” of the temple he will set up an abomination.

    Isn’t it ironic that this “so-called” retired elderly gentleman continues to be the “Subject Matter Expert” on all that is going on in the Middle East, and as Rob has mentioned he just won’t go away; and this is all happening as a peace deal is about to be forced on Israel within the frame work of the ENP – and not to mention Catherine Alston’s term is about to expire?

  81. hi hisown and all! bless your hearts for thinking of me and lifting up a prayer 🙂 (can always use those can’t we?) i have been very very busy of late helping my 85 year old daddy as he is the executor of his brother’s estate and i am the phone girl, email girl, extra legs, the secretary and driver, etc. etc.! my daddy is not into phone tag and being put on hold (!) and this is a process for sure handling these affairs. i’m here some….but like a fly-by…..i try to stay current but just not in front of the computer as much. like roma we have some elderly to see to–my parents and my husband’s almost 93 year old mother and of course the kiddos and regular life-and praise God! it is a joy–all of it! just because God is Good…He is so very good! so keep on posting friends and i’ll keep reading (when time allows). sometimes life includes a bunch of hurry up and wait……….like following prophecy 😉 …worth it!

  96. When we started to go up to the barn this morning we got a surprise. Sam was already out to the Van and I was still on the porch when I looked up toward the barn and noticed the horses was looking toward us then saw a huge Black bear walking across the yard, the horses jumped and took off running and scared him off, he was at least half the size of my horses, he was huge.
    We had a time getting them my horses to come up to the barn afterward LOL the big chickens..

    Wow he was a beauty, I figure he was probably the same one our son in law saw a couple deer seasons ago up behind the barn..

    Roger my brother is looking better and has gained some strength, the dr is talking about letting him come home in a few days, his arms are so bruised up..

    My aunt Maxine is still paralysed from the waist down, the surgery didn’t help , but she is feeling some better, like Roger she’s not a complainer.

    Ron is now home and doing pretty good. And Sam is over his virus and Bon is eating better. I think maybe it was the heat even though I was putting him up in the coolsest stall with a fan..

    He is starting to pick back up on his weight. Praise God…

    (I also agree with what someone wrote about Perry Stone – I listened to him a couple of years back, but quickly got ‘a strong inner warning light’ on him. No, I wouldn’t recommend listening to him, when so many things are wrong. And that he gets some things right, makes it even more dangerous, which is often the case when truth is mixed with error.)

    Tony may the Lord wrap His loving arms around you as He comforts us like none other. We’re all on the path of sanctification and it’s those fires, trials and testings that burn off the dross. He loves us too much to leave us where we are at.
    Pain is God’s way of getting MY attention, that something is wrong, horribly wrong.
    Pain is my teacher and only now do I ” get it”.Took me a very long time but some of us are a little slow ya know 😉 or is that just plain ol Dutch stubbornness!!
