God made a covenant promise to Abraham to bless his offspring, and to make them a blessing to the world. And of course, as soon as the devil heard this, he focused his hatred on the Jewish people, their promise land, and their promise Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Anti-Semitism is still alive and well on this planet. It didn’t stop with Hitler’s death, but is in full swing today. Boycotts against Israel are a regular practice of the Palestinian movement; they boycott anything to do with the Jews. But it seems harder and harder for them to come to grip with their own dilemma they have created with their boycotts…
For example, the pro-Palestinian crowd loves to get on Facebook and rant and rave against Israel. Commonly using their profanity-laced attacks on Jewish people, yet it never dawns on these “geniuses” that Facebook was invented by a Jew, not to mention the fact that the operating systems on most of their computers were also invented by the Jews.
Just last month (May, 2013), to show his support for the Palestinian movement, the world’s “smartest man”, Stephen Hawking, announced he too would be boycotting Israel by not attending a conference there. Hawking is a renowned physicist who sadly is confined to a wheelchair due to a horrible disease that keeps him from movement or even speaking. He uses a computer device that detects his eye movement, allowing him to “type” out words and then is translated to speech.
What is so embarrassing is that Hawking’s computer runs on the Intel Core i7 chip that was designed by Intel’s lab in Israel! Duh….
No word on whether Hawking is going to pull the plug on this life-saving device from Israel, but I doubt it.
I have a message that I get to preach once or twice a year on the covenant promises to bless the world through the Jewish people. It is nothing short of astonishing to see how some of the most powerful inventions to save lives and bless lives have been invented by the Jews. From world-renowned scientists, such as Albert Einstein and Carl Sagan, to the top movie producers, such as Steven Spielberg and George Lucas – and a nearly endless list of names of people who have influenced our world are JEWS! (Not to mention, the great Law giver, Moses, and our Savior; the Lord Jesus Christ – both Jews!)
Speaking of movies, the actress playing Superman’s biological mother is Ayelet Zurer. She is an Israeli movie star, born in Tel Aviv. So, Man of Steel will be added to the long list of movies that Israel haters will add to their list to boycott and picket. It is all kinda stupid, if you ask me. By the way, the film opens today in Egypt, Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates.
Most of these people use cell-phones, which was invented by a Jew. Most of them use instant messaging, invented by a Jew, most use virus protection on their computers, which was invented by a Jew. I could go on, but you are getting my point.
The hatred of Jews is explainable. God chose them to bless the world. And anytime God makes a promise, hell is going to try and prove Him a liar. It’s no coincidence that they are one of the most hated of people of all time. Yet they can’t be stopped.
And I won’t be too shocked if this post will generate a few hateful responses as well.
But, I’m not concerned. God also promised in that covenant with Abraham to bless those that bless the Jewish people, and curse those that cursed the Jewish people. (See Genesis 12:1-3)
So, I’m gonna keep believing God’s Word and watch it being fulfilled before our eyes! Keep your eyes on Israel and your heart on His Word!

It should be plain to Dr. Hawking, but by his unrighteousness he has suppressed the truth and though possessing the great gift of an amazing intellect, has become a utter hopeless fool.

To Vic and Others,
I want to state that there seems to be a lot of confusion concerning this very topic you have brought up. It has caused much division among the Body of Christ; to include envy, strife, and even various forms of hatred. It has even caused the term “Replacement Theology” to be coined – which has spun from the interpretation of men.
But let’s look at what Scripture has to say about this topic:
Romans 9:6-7:
” 6) But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For they are not all Israel who are descended from Israel; 7) nor are they all children because they are Abraham’s descendants.”
and
Galatians 3:26-29:
“26) For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27) For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28) There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29) And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to promise.”
I believe that the aforementioned passages of Scripture are quite clear – in that everything according to Salvation points to One Person – that being Christ.
Those who want to use such terms as “Replacement Theology” in contrast to those who have identified that the Body of Christ is indeed Abrahams seed are clearly misinterpreting Scripture. Replacement Theology is a term that should never be used. And if you think about it…those who incorporate a “special” set of rules for the Jews are really the ones’ who are guilty of this sad term called Replacement Theology.
As Scripture mentions, “all who have descended from Israel are not Israel”. Now, in stating this, I believe that God has a special plan for Israel as a Nation – (there is a difference) but just because someone is a Jew, gives them no special status in this life, as there will be Jews in Hell also. What bothers me is that I continuously see those who want to give a special platform to the Jews, as if they are somewhat ” special or different” from any other created being in our human race – and it’s just flat out wrong. Not only is it wrong, but those who give the Jews some sort of honor, rite of passage, and basically worship them as if they are some sort of deity, are guilty of Spiritual Segregation, as it relates to the Body of Christ.
We are all one in the Body of Christ – one becomes a “Jew” when he becomes a believer through faith in Christ, and not because he/she was born in Israel, or is in the lineage of Abraham through birth. Peter was guilty of Spiritual Segregation, and for the most part, he could have been viewed as a racist. An example of this is given in Acts 10 – which shows that God is no respecter of persons; and nor does He play favorites.
In closing, I hope that I have offended no one – as this is not my intent. I pray that we get our theology straight as far as who we are in the Body of Christ.

It’s crazy how people will distort God’s word. I was told that the parable for the 10 virgins were only meant for the Jews and I ain’t one.

Growing up in a JW cult my dad would preach that certain verses were only for the Jew’s {which had to SUFFER in the coming Armageddon } yet his hatred for them was clearly evident !
I do have a concern for the pre trib camp as they use this to justify them NOT having to go through the 42 month tribulation { as it’s only meant for the UNSAVED Jews at the time ?} and are going to miss the truth of —” God will send them a STRONG delusion to believe a LIE”
We are in some pretty diabolical deceptive times already!
It’s as if people that I personally know have already been “given over”. I shared briefly about this to a pastor friend last night { at one of the most godliest function’s I’ve attended – of which I will share with you guys in a new post } and he laughed saying that this is what he has been preaching on. Not only that but my son quoted publicly the same scripture the pastor and I were discussing { unbeknown to him } and what he had been preaching on. He had never met this pastor in his life.

Thank you for your support. And for the record, and by the grace of God… I am not trying to be right – just attempting to put it out there as far has what Scripture has to say about this topic. This topic….well It’s hard, and as I have mentioned before it has caused so much division, and strife – and even down right disdain. One of the reasons it’s hard because so many of us from the whole pre trib camp (as you have mentioned Colleen) have been taught to believe this, and this nonsense has justified their very faulty interpretation in how they try to put forth the Pre tribulation Rapture doctrine. Which has lead to so much deception; and lies – and all in the name of making money.
We have a local Pastor here in San Antonio Texas who is so dogmatic about the Jews being a special people that I feel that he has created a “new gospel” concerning them. He even believes that the Jews can make it to Heaven without Christ – which is complete utter nonsense, and down right heresy. And yes, I’m talking about Pastor John Hagee. Who puts out a new book about End Time Prophecy just as soon as something gets hot in the Middle East. I just simply cannot believe he has so many followers – when it is very clear that he is all about MONEY. I have a co-worker that follows this guy so much, that he wears a flag of Israel pined on his shirt – from time to time, and has a bumper sticker with an Israeli flag on his truck. This guy is no more Jewish than a ham sandwich. But all of this just goes to show you how very real DECEPTION really is.
Like any form of deception, it has an element of truth – or there may even be a lot of truths in what is being preached – which to John Hagee’s credit he does. But the bottom line is that underling message that the giver is trying to send forth, and it is usually about self-promotion.
In closing, I am absolutely NOT Anti-Semitic. I just want those of us who belong to Christ to realize that the we are all Jews in a Spiritual sense, and are the seed of Abraham. We have NOT replaced the Nation of Israel – nor should “replacement” even be considered as a topic for discussion – as this is a lie that deceives, and causes division as well. However, we should know deep within our hearts, that God had a plan for us ALL who believe in His Son, from the very beginning – even before the foundations of the universe were laid. And all of us who became believers in His Son were included in it – and that is whether or not we were born by Jewish lineage, or just Gentiles from the utter most parts of the Earth. God Knew! His plan from the very beginning included us ALL who would inherit Eternal Life! How can any believer who has read Scripture not see that?
When are we finally going to realize that God is in TOTAL control? This means every minute thing that you do in this life, every iota; small speck – even the things that you don’t understand that may be happening in your life as a believer. Everything that He has started; ordained; blessed; and/or has made manifest; has a purpose that He already knows about – and this is all according to His Sovereign Will.

Aren’t Ezekiel 37 and Zechariah 12 key scriptures here for having a right understanding of God’s plan for the nation of Israel here? I’m not claiming to have all the answers of course but I agree – Hagee is wrong and anyone who believes God has more than one plan of salvation is preaching heresy from the pits of hell. God will at some point soften the hearts of the nation who was hardened for our sake as Paul mentions in Romans 11:28 – but God has a plan to graft them back in. That is when Zechariah 12:10 will be fulfilled and the people of the nation of Israel will weep as they have never before for Him as one would weep for a firstborn son.
I see rumblings of this in the steady revival that has gone on in Israel and the growth of messianic synagogues in the US since 1967. I’ve listened to a number of of speakers who talk about how there were almost no Jewish believers for many centuries, but there has been an explosion of congregations of those that that recognize Christ in the past 45 year – this I don’t think is the fulfillment of the stunning remnant that God will call to himself, but a beginning of what will eventually be the sinew and flesh that comes back upon the nation of Israel as it recognizes the source of its life. It is Dr. Michael Rydelnik’s testimony – and it brought tears to my eyes to hear how the Lord used his mother’s conversion and her Bible teacher to open his eyes to the truths in scripture that identify Jesus (Yeshua) as his people’s long awaited messiah. I pray that the day will come soon when God will claim his remnant from Israel and open many more eyes to look upon the face of their messiah, savior and redeemer.

i like that verse that says, “Let not your hearts be troubled”. people are so out of touch with the reality of spirit,…it goes against the grain of our flesh and the world of man made things and the worldly matters of consequence, however, REVIVAL COMETH and yields GODLY INCREASE. i love how the Father pulls us through,…..this is incredible. Faith is the substance of things hoped for! Keep the Faith, it pays off. God will creep into your individual life and show you His LOVE and concern! He will prepare you, for whats to come,…trust Him at work in your life,…watch for His touch and His moves of the Spirit and continually Give Thanks and PRAISE!

Has anyone here heard of Bonnie Guant, she writes about 2033 and the sunrise of the millenium,….i see that she has went on to be with Jesus in jan of 2012. i feel intrigued over her work as i scratch thru the surface,….just thought i’d mention her/ she crossed my mind and its been a while. Tony I don’t have the time to check into this but the red flag in my spirit is enough for me { until proven otherwise} but it sounds like “Kingdom Now” and how these ” men ” are to take dominion. Pretty scary stuff . I run from those that promote the “man child” and the manifest son’s of glory stuff.{ little gods}

This is very exciting,……..i still can’t get over how on that dark, i mean pitch dark, purely quiet [as in you could hear a pin drop] night in the countryside, on the backroads by the river of my memories,…as tears rolled down my face, missin’ my dog sam, sooo much, at about 2 am under a dazzling star filled sky…..the shooton’ star blazed across the celestial sphere and immeadiatly! a dog off in the distance began to bark out over and over, as Jesus gave me a miraculous connetion to my love sam, and to HIS love towards us, in matters of the heart. it was ALL there; my love, sammys love and Gods love, in the context of cosmic wonder, as He is the God of all creation. Has any of you ever read, The Little Prince, by Antoine de saint Exupery? be blessed people of Christ, be blessed,…….The Father cares about you in the utmost! makes me think of Oswald Chambers.
