Christ is the reason for everything

We are in the time were the birth of Jesus Christ are celebrated by Christians and Happy Holidays are celebrated by the world. We are also in the time were we are watching the signs for the soon return of the King of kings and the Lord of lords. This makes me very excited. Soon we will not be talking about the the Baby who was born in a stable 2000 years ago, but we will be talking to our Lord, face to face, who still have the marks of His suffering in His hands. Soon we will see Him return in Glory and rule from Jerusalem. Soon the nation of Israel will look up to Him whom they have pierced and mourn. Soon there will be peace on earth, brought about by the Prince of peace.

Lets bring glory and honor to our Lord Jesus in this Christmas season. He is the reason we are here, He is the reason for the season and He is the reason for everything.

I am going to spend some time with the family. If something really big happens, I will post. May the Lord bless and protect you and your family until we speak again. Thank you for all your kindness and the emails over the year. It is a blessing and honor to call you my friends.

Love and shalom

  1. That’s just it, because he came to walk among us, die for us and defeat death – just as he said he would through the prophets, we can know no matter how bad things look here and now – he is keeping his promise to work everything for our good. He came once and fulfilled every word of scripture about his coming, he’ll come back and keep every promise and fulfill every word that remains.

  2. amen to what you wrote vic. merry Christmas to you and your loved ones! happy new year to you all too—to everyone!!!—for we are all closer to that Face-to Face we are longing for! may His Joy and Peace fill your souls giving you the rich Contentment that only His Presence can give! psalm 16 says He is our Portion! how blessed are we who know the Lord! and though it is a world that lay in in sin and error pining we know that He has overcome the world!!! 3. Joy to the world – the L-RD has come.!!.

Just thinking about my sin and our Saviour brings tears to my eyes – as I continue to sin – day by day by… I am reminded how desperately I needed Him, how desperately I still do.

    Let earth receive her King.

    Happy Hanukkah

    Merry Christ-mas

  4. Keep the Lord Jesus Christ in your season, remember HE is the reason:
Luk 2:8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.

And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.

And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.

And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.

And now many know what else is to come, thanks to the disciples and those after them being faithful to record it all, and there is no doubt all the remaining prophecies will certainly be fulfilled.

We are among those who have heard all the prophecies, and we as well wonder and watch and wait with joy, for our blessed hope.
