BARCELONA, 7 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –    Former foreign minister and former secretary general of NATO, Javier Solana, has questioned the neutrality of rating agencies, because their leaders have been part of the cause of the crisis.
In an interview on Catalunya Radio gathered by Europa Press, Solana has argued that “the powers that these agencies are again many of them are involved in the problem and who created it.”

Comment by Adamantine:

His move into economics was a wise decision in that he is now able to comment freely on the economic issues of  Europe and the World.
